Brief

CC.Talent is seeking a highly experienced and communicative Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with our clients in the Philippines, with potential for later expansion to clients in other countries. This new role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The Account Manager will take over clients after the New Business team closes the deal and will work to maintain and strengthen these relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong, long-lasting client relationships with PH clients and potentially with clients in other countries.

  • Post-Sales Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth transition from sales to account management.

  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue by understanding client needs and presenting relevant solutions.

  • Client Retention: Develop strategies to retain clients by providing excellent service and regular follow-ups.

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Client Insights: Provide clients with insights and advice on how to get the most out of CC.Talent's services.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status and performance for internal and client review.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant and valuable information.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, handling and building out key accounts.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with flawless English proficiency.

  • Client Focused: Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.

  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating teams (a plus).

  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools (a plus).

  • Passion: Passion for our company's product/service and a drive to help clients succeed
