HEAD OF GLOBAL SALES - 40 uur - Amsterdam, Hybride
ABOUT THE ROLE
In the past years, our company has made significant strides in the international market. With our headquarters in Amsterdam, we operate in the Philippines, Singapore, the US and Germany, where we act as a tech, sales, and outsourcing partner, deploying over 100 FTEs to support our global clients.
We are now ready for the next phase and looking for a Head of Global Sales who excels not only in sales but also in structuring and motivating international teams, with a strong focus on results. You not only have the drive but also the vision, strategic insight, and experience to execute it. RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and executing the sales strategy
Managing all (international) sales activities and revenues
Leading sales teams in the Philippines, Germany, Singapore, and the Netherlands
Exploring new international market opportunities in tech, sales & outsourcing
Driving full sales cycles from lead development to closure and launch for key targeted accounts
Collaborating with internal business units to craft compelling proposals that resonate with clients
Building lasting relationships with executive stakeholders at both new and existing clients
Reporting to the executive team based on mutually agreed KPIs

YOU HAVE
A relevant network and experience in selling software development and/or development teams or at least experience in selling services
The ability to develop and execute sales plans across multiple business units in complex organizations
Strong presentation skills, especially in meetings with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to use tech tools / digitally savvy
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Experience in international sales and/or leading international teams
10+ years of sales experience
A bachelor's degree (HBO or higher) is a plus
Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
