Mobile Engineer

Brief

CC Talent is looking for a Mobile Engineer that will support the design, development, and maintenance of mobile SDKs for iOS and Android platforms. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mobile development, working alongside senior engineers to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance SDKs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with our APIs and Widgets while continuously learning and growing in the field.

Client Details

Our client is a rapidly growing Series A funded fintech company in the payment industry. They are expanding their operations by launching an engineering hub in Southeast Asia and have chosen us as their trusted partner to make it happen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating technical documentation and design specifications for the mobile SDKs.

• Collaborate with the API development and UI/UX teams to ensure proper integration of mobile SDKs with our APIs and Widgets.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in mobile app development and SDK best practices.

• Contribute to ensuring that the mobile SDKs are scalable, maintainable, and performant under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Participate in testing and troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve issues effectively.

• Engage in ongoing development processes, actively seeking to improve skills and technical knowledge.

• Be on standby to respond promptly to issues, calls, and other system-related matters as they arise.

• Work closely with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues with agility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-growth scaleup.

• Paytech experience.

• Experience working across multiple time zones.

• Knowledge of software security, cryptography, and PCI-DSS principles.

• Familiarity with mobile analytics and attribution.

• Basic knowledge of mobile development frameworks and technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, and React Native.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app integration.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

• Open to an in-office requirement, starting with 4 days per week for the first 3 months during onboarding, transitioning to a hybrid model of 2 days per week in-office.
