The Operations Manager – Sales Teams will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales teams based in our Clark office. This role will focus on managing multiple teams working for EU clients within English-speaking markets. The role demands a strong background in operations management, effective leadership skills, and a commitment to optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Operations Manager will be instrumental in ensuring that the sales teams meet its targets while maintaining high standards of performance.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management: Lead the sales teams in the Clark office, ensuring that they are motivated, productive, and aligned with company objectives.
Sales Operations Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales operations, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure that the teams meet its B2B sales targets for EU clients within English-speaking markets.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the sales team's performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Propose and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine operational processes to support the sales teams in achieving higher productivity and better client outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that the sales teams have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for the sales team, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Client Relationship Management: Support the sales teams in building and maintaining strong relationships with EU clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Job requirements
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on supporting sales teams, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve their goals.
Experience in sales operations, with a deep understanding of sales processes, metrics, and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
Familiarity with the EU market and B2B sales strategies, with a demonstrated ability to support sales teams targeting international clients.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
