Brief
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring Administrative Assistants, Customer Service Representatives, and Virtual Assistants. This role requires a keen eye for talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, and Virtual Assistant roles.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screening and Selection:
Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company values.
Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through detailed evaluation methods.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and metrics to the Sales team and leadership.
Job requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in recruiting for Administrative Assistants, Customer Service Representatives, and Virtual Assistants.
Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment.
Experience in remote hiring processes is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
