Brief

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring Administrative Assistants, Customer Service Representatives, and Virtual Assistants. This role requires a keen eye for talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, and Virtual Assistant roles.

    • Source candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Screening and Selection:

    • Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews to identify qualified candidates.

    • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company values.

    • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through detailed evaluation methods.

  • Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    • Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic hiring recommendations.

    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and metrics to the Sales team and leadership.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in recruiting for Administrative Assistants, Customer Service Representatives, and Virtual Assistants.

  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment.

  • Experience in remote hiring processes is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
