Job Responsibilities

• Record, reconcile, and maintain all financial transactions and ledgers

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal review

• Ensure compliance with Australian tax, payroll, and financial regulations

• Collaborate with management to support budgeting and forecasting activities

• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations

• 4-6 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting roles

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)

• Solid understanding of financial principles, GST, BAS, and payroll compliance

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external auditors

• Experience managing Australian client is a plus
