Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Participate in discovery calls and sales meetings with prospective clients.

  • Take detailed meeting notes and document client requirements and action items.

  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

  • Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and appointments for the sales team.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, contracts, and other sales documents.

  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and sales information.

  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and ongoing projects.

  • Track sales opportunities and ensure timely completion of follow-up tasks.

  • Provide administrative support, including document management, reporting, and process coordination.

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency across sales and client coordination activities.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, client services, account coordination, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to clients during discovery and sales calls.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
