Job requirements
Responsibilities
Participate in discovery calls and sales meetings with prospective clients.
Take detailed meeting notes and document client requirements and action items.
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and appointments for the sales team.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, contracts, and other sales documents.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and sales information.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and ongoing projects.
Track sales opportunities and ensure timely completion of follow-up tasks.
Provide administrative support, including document management, reporting, and process coordination.
Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency across sales and client coordination activities.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, client services, account coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to clients during discovery and sales calls.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
