CC.Talent is in search of a Senior App Developer who will play a crucial role in expanding cross-platform mobile apps, driving technical design, and fostering best practices. The role requires collaboration with Product Management and Design, handling complex tasks, and ensuring high-quality, reliable software development with a strong focus on automation and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical design and best practices among developers.

• Develop and maintain high-quality, reliable software with a focus on automation and cloud solutions.

• Handle complex tasks independently, ensuring consistent delivery with minimal issues.

• Enhance and enforce standard frameworks and policies across the team.

• Conduct code reviews and pair programming to support the production of clean, quality code.

• Advocate and implement DevOps practices to streamline the product development lifecycle.

• Contribute to and lead product group objectives, mentor less experienced engineers, and foster a culture of learning and improvement.

• Focus on software development metrics, continuously seeking improvement.

• Actively participate in product planning, roadmap development, and promote innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience with React Native and TypeScript.

• Proficiency with the following technologies/skills:

  • CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions

  • writing tests using frameworks such as Jest

  • CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions

  • Firebase Analytics or equivalent data-capturing tools

• Team player excelling in a collaborative environment.

• Demonstrated success in driving technical and business-related initiatives that improve productivity, performance, and quality.

• Eagerness to bring new ideas and drive improvements in products.

• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and cooperate with people at all levels.

• Strong focus on customer experience and business acumen.

• Proactive mindset with a 'can do' attitude.

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English

• Bachelor's Degree in (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent
