Solutions Developer (Amazon Connect)

Brief

The Amazon Connect Developer will be a crucial member of the Development Team, responsible for supporting our client internally. This is a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Amazon Connect solutions that improve our customer support operations.

Our client is a leading BPO provider that supports both internal operations and a diverse range of clients. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions in the BPO/ITO/call center industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Amazon Connect contact center solutions to meet specific business needs.

• Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services (e.g., Lambda, CloudWatch, S3) to create a comprehensive customer support platform.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Amazon Connect.

• Analyze and optimize contact center performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.

• Develop and maintain documentation for Amazon Connect configurations and processes.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Connect features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect or similar contact center platforms (CCaaS)

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AWS cloud technologies, including experience with Lambda, CloudWatch, and S3

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Additional Skills (preferred but not always required)

  • Experience with Contact Center best practices and industry standards

  • AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps Administrator)

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

• Certifications (preferred but not always required):

  • AWS Certified Developer – Associate.

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.

  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate.

  • Amazon Connect-related training or certifications.

• Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent.
