Network & Security Operations Center Technical Lead

Brief

The NOC/SOC Tech Lead is responsible for designing and overseeing the setup, tooling, and documentation requirements for both the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC). This role requires a deep understanding of networking, security, and operations management to ensure seamless coordination between NOC and SOC functions.

Responsibilities

• Define the setup, tooling, and infrastructure requirements for the NOC and SOC environments.

• Develop documentation and best practices for managing alerts, incidents, and configurations.

• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure network reliability and data security.

• Implement and manage network monitoring and security tools to ensure system stability and threat detection.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for NOC and SOC operations, with a focus on efficiency and automation.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to NOC and SOC teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in both NOC and SOC operations.

• Juniper certification (JNCIP or higher) preferred.

• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security best practices.

• Experience in designing and implementing network and security infrastructure.

• Proven leadership and project management skills.

• Ability to work on a rotating shift basis.

• Willing to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Science & Technology, or equivalent
